Hi everyone! I hope you’re having a lovely day. I just returned home yesterday from an extended visit to see my family. Before I left, I snapped some pictures of this handy organizer that I brought with me: the Sonia Kashuk Completely Organized Cosmetic Bag. This is $15 at Target and a limited edition item. I actually heard about it first in a magazine, and purchased it a few months ago after looking at it in the store. This bag is small, but it sure holds a lot!
Dimensions: 8.0 ” H x 8.0 ” W x 2.5 ” D
Features: Water resistant, multiple storage pockets
At last, Sonia helps you bring order beyond your makeup bag with this hold-everything purse organizer. Complete with convenient compartments for your cell phone, keys and beauty must-haves, your everyday essentials will be at your finger tips with this case that drops easily into any purse or tote. The water-resistant nylon is simple to clean, will protect your bag and will hold its shape. This must-have purse insert also makes a bag switch a cinch, so you can get all of your purse styles into a weekly rotation.
On my trip I brought this and packed it inside of my Fossil train case. ALL of my beauty products were held easily in the train case. Here’s how I packed this bag!
First, you can see all of the shampoo and conditioner samples stuffed into this bag. I always pack samples of stuff like this because I don’t have to lug around a big bottle, and my bag will be lighter on the way home. That’s about ten days worth of hair conditioner and shampoo.
In the front zippered part of the bag, I just filled it up with cotton balls. I was not totally sure if my mom had them on hand, so I just packed my own. I also put some extra hair ties in there.
Here’s the inside of the bag, which carried my body wash, skin care, contact solution, cleansing water, perfume rollerball, sea salt spray for my hair, and setting spray for my makeup. My moisturizer is a full-size bottle, so there’s definitely a LOT of room in here. There are little compartments on the inside to hold items. I even stored a small loofah on top of this stuff!
In the zippered part inside of the bag, I packed an extra pair of contacts and a zippered pouch with vitamins in it.
The back of the bag also has two compartments, which I didn’t need to use at the time, but there was plenty of room to fill them.
Since this bag is marketed as a purse organizer, I am definitely going to use it for that next. I love this little travel bag and the organization is amazing! It is well worth the $15 and I’m really happy with how functional it is.
