September 2013 Ipsy Bag!

It’s time for another Ipsy bag review already! The theme this month was “Classic Beauty”, which is a good theme for my personality. πŸ™‚ The bags varied a lot this month, and some bags even got Butter London nail polish! I can’t be too sad about not getting that, because there’s a good chance I would already have the shade to be honest. Here’s what came in my bag!

1- Three Freeman hydrating paper masks– I haven’t tried these yet, but I do have a couple that I had purchased on my own as well. I better get to using them!

2- J. Cat Fantabulous lipstick in Honeycrisp– This is a nude lipstick. I love nude lippies so I don’t have a problem with this shade. I haven’t worn it yet, but the color is pretty. It seems like a warmer version of Viva Glam Gaga II.

3- Elizabeth Mott It’s So Big Voluminizing mascara– I’ve never heard of this brand before, but I always like to try a new mascara!

4- NYX single eyeshadow in Cryptonite– Smokey gray with shimmer. Very pretty.

5- Starlooks Obsidian Kohl Eye Pencil– Your standard eyeliner. I really like the Starlooks lip liner I got in a previous bag, so hopefully I will like this pencil as well!

This wasn’t the most amazing bag in the world, but I can use all of these items. I would much rather get something that I can use than something I wouldn’t use EVER, right? Plus, you can create such a pretty look with these colors. Definitely my style of dark eyes and a nude lip! This bag also came with a little sample card of Michelle Phan’s new cosmetic line, Em, and a card that has all of the discounts for this month (including 30% off Butter London!).
