Mod FOTD With Lime Crime Babette Lipstick!

Hello! I am just sharing a face of the day look from last week that I really liked. I wanted to get more use out of my Urban Decay Naked Basics palette, so I went for a mod styled look. Next time I would probably wear different blush, but at the time I wasn’t totally sure what I was going to be doing (next time it is Melba from MAC, for sure!). Anyway, here’s what I used!

Urban Decay Naked Basics palette
MAC Camel Coat paint pot
MAC Chromaline pot liner in Pure White
Kat Von D liquid liner in Trooper
Milani Eye Primer
Maybelline The Rocket mascara

Covergirl 3-in-1 Stay Fabulous in 825 Buff Beige
Urban Decay Naked Skin powder
Benefit Hervana blush
MAC Studio Conceal and Correct palette in Light
NARS Creamy Concealer in Custard
Laura Geller Glow Box (highlight)

Lime Crime Babette lipstick

I’m OBSESSED with this lipstick! It is such a gorgeous color, and it has great staying power! Do you have any Lime Crime lipsticks? Which ones are your favorites?

Yes! This looks gorgeous, you look gorgeous.

It just needs FALSIES, BIG ONES.

Thank you so much!! 🙂 I need to find the falsies that are right for me. Any suggestions??

      • Jenn says:

I buy all of my lashes at dollar stores and those little Asian run novelty/wig shops, so I cannot recommend anything specific. But I find them to be the best places to buy false lashes because they tend to sell things that stray from normal and are fun to experiment with. Besides that, if you do not like them or you cut them too short it doesn’t matter because they were only a dollar.

ALSO . . . Forgot to write that those kits that come with individual lashes that you glue on to customize your own look are hella fun. I have hooded eyes and sometimes even the dollar store lashes are a waste of money because they just don’t sit right on my eyes, so the loose ones are good to work with. I think Benefit has some, but those are pricey and I have bought full kits with glue and tweezers at like Wal-Mart for half the price.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have read that individual lashes is the way to go. I would probably prefer that over strips. I feel like I never get them just right!

  2. gorgeous! the lipstick looks awesome on you and its so opaque!
