On Halloween, I didn’t dress up, but I did go for a more dramatic makeup look, complete with big lashes and this awesome eyeshadow pencil from Rimmel in Blamed Blue. Having tried the eye liners, I went on a search from this after I saw Sharon Farrell on YouTube do a tutorial with this and give it a good review. My husband also likes this color! 🙂
This color is so vibrant and pretty! I love the sheen it has, and it is super pigmented and really easy to put on the lid. This could not be easier to apply! It does crease without a primer, so I highly recommend using one. I ALWAYS use one no matter what I am wearing.
For Halloween, I applied this all over the lid and around my eyes. I used MAC Shale in the crease and MAC Vanilla on the brow bone.
Really bad lighting…it was dark and rainy all day!
I already purchased one more of these pencils (the light green one) and would like to get the gray one, or possibly the black. Besides being easy to apply, this pencil is also really easy to blend with a brush or your fingers.
The Rimmel ScandalEyes pencils are only $5 at drug and convenience stores; I actually paid a little less than that for mine since they were on sale at the time. This is a great price and I’m happy to report that they actually stay put. I had this eye look on for twelve hours and it still looked pretty fresh at the end of the day.
