NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer made a big splash earlier this year, being touted as an end all be all marvelous concealer. I actually purchased mine in April while I was in Chicago and have been loving it ever since. My shade is Custard, a “yellow tone for light to medium complexions”. Though pricey ($28), this is the best concealer I’ve ever used!
- obscures imperfections
- blurs lines and wrinkles
- hides fatigue and dark circles
- reduces redness
- strengthens skin
- medium to full coverage
- stays in place all day
For someone like me with minimal skin problems, I would say these claims are true. I can’t vouch for those with heavy scarring or acne, but if your skin is pretty normal and clear, you’ll probably like this concealer. It is so easy to blend and just a couple small dots is enough to cover my under eye area.
Another thing I love about this concealer is that I can wear it all over my face without the need for another color or texture. It has a doe foot applicator, which makes it easy to apply. I kind of have a love/hate with these because while I love how easy they are to use, I feel like they attract bacteria.

This concealer does stay all day for me. I do set it with a powder. I have pretty deep lines under my eyes and have had them for years, so nearly everything settles in my lines, but I avoid them by applying a very light layer of concealer and use a beauty blender or the EcoTools Airbrush Concealer brush (HG material, so amazing!!). I adore the texture of this concealer. It is so lightweight and I can’t feel it moving on my skin. You know that feeling, when it feels like the makeup is going to walk off of your face? Yeah, none of that!
It does brighten the under eye area a bit, but nothing super dramatic. Personally, I use either the same shade as my skin or something to just neutralize color there. I would definitely repurchase this again, not only for the quality, but because the color match is so good! A little goes a long way with this concealer, so I will probably have this one for quite some time.
