November 2013 Birchbox

birch

It’s that time again! This month’s Birchbox was pretty good and packed full of things that I will get use out of, even though I already have one of the items.

Chella Highlighting Stick– I received this in an Ipsy bag and know I love it, so I don’t mind having a backup.

WEI Pomegranate Buffing Beads– There has been some buzz about these beads, so I’m curious to see the hype. This isn’t something I would purchase on my own, which is appreciated. There were two packs of single use beads in the box.

WEN Golden Root Purifying Mud Mask– I adore masks, so I am excited to try this! It has amazing reviews on the Birchbox website as well.

BeeKind Body Lotion– I have a ton of lotions, but I like this small size to pop into my purse.

Folle de Joie perfume sample– Honestly, not too excited about this one. Yes, it’s a ridiculously expensive perfume, but I don’t think this is my kind of scent just yet.

Might Leaf Tea Pouches– There are three samples here. It’s the perfect time of year for tea, so I will for sure drink these!

Overall, this is a decent box. There are some items in here I never would have tried otherwise, which is always nice to see. I’m not crazy about the perfume sample, but maybe I’ll end up liking it.

  1. I wear Joie and get a lot of compliments- the bottle is huge for the price. (I also used the points.) If it isn’t your thing though, that’s okay, too! I also would only wear it in the summer. I love the Chella pencil! That thing is fab!

I need to wear it to see what I truly think of it! I usually test perfumes when my husband goes out of town for work. 😀
