Flower Beauty Cream Blush in Forget-Me-Not

I’ve been having a love affair with cream blush since the beginning of December, and it’s still going strong, partially because my skin is craving moisture. In addition to cream blush, I’m already starting my “obsessed with coral” phase that I always go through in the early months of the year! Forget-Me-Not fits the bill in that regard.

The drugstore doesn’t really have many solid cream blushes, especially if someone is shopping for a cruelty-free brand (NYX has some fab ones, but the brand isn’t easy for everyone to find). Revlon has a few cream blushes, but I have found that they dry out really quickly. I’m really impressed with the Flower brand cream blush so far and definitely want to get more shades. For $7 a pop, they are very high quality!

Forget-Me-Not is a milky pink coral shade. This applies best with a stipple brush (ELF makes a great one for just $3). The texture is very thin, and the results are a natural looking glow, at least with this shade.

Forget-Me-Not, MAC Something Special, Jouer Honeysuckle, Stila Gerbera, NYX Boho Chic (um…I obviously like this color…).

This blush doesn’t have any shimmer or shine. The blending power is amazing. This is one of the easiest products to blend that I’ve ever used! It is also lightweight, so it doesn’t feel like you’re caking on tons of product. I found the staying power impressive as well. I had no problem with this blush lasting all day long.

Overall, this performs just as well as blushes with higher price points, and the color selection is gorgeous! I definitely recommend this if you’re in the market for a cream blush.

  1. Sarah S. says:

Win Some, Rouge Some is the blush name, not the color name. This is probably “Peach Blossom.”
