Starlooks Starbox February 2014

SL4

After I dropped Birchbox for the second time (and watching a bunch of videos about Starlooks), I decided to give Starlooks a try. I’ve received a few of their products through Ipsy and I like all of them. I received my first box on the last day of February after receiving an email that there was a packaging defect and my box would be late. I’m not mad since they communicated the issue enough for me, and I actually got it sooner than I thought.

Starlooks is a makeup subscription box that is $15 a month, plus $2.50 shipping. Their products are cruelty free.

I received three full-sized makeup products, and an extra in my first box.

SL

Cream shadow in Phaser- Bright lilac

Lipstick in Drew- Frosty bronze pink shade

Pigment in Tungsten- Blackened green/gray

Extra: Oatmeal colored headband

SL3Top to bottom: Tungsten, Phaser, and Drew

My favorite item in this box is Tungsten. I LOVE this!! It’s totally my type of shade. At the same time, the product I’ve been enjoying the most is Phaser! I’ve been wearing a lot of bright looks lately, so I’ve been using it as a base.

Overall, I’m really happy with my first Starlooks Starbox and am excited to get the next one. Have you tried this subscription before, or any of their products through Ipsy?
