Currently Testing: Body Oils

I haven’t talked too much about body oils here, but they are one of my favorite products. I have four that I am currently testing, a couple of which I’ve heard about for ages and decided to invest in.

First up is Caudalie Divine Oil. Now, I haven’t even touched this yet, but I’m not quite sure what I’m going to do with it, because it smells pretty terrible. It has an overpowering, cloying rose scent. Not fresh roses, but more like roses that are going bad in the vase. This is for the body, hair, and face, but I can’t imagine putting this near my nose, so I will probably end up using it to shave my legs with. This is a little trial size that I purchased from Sephora.

Tree Hut Daily Defense Dry Oil mist in Raspberry Macadamia is definitely a new favorite for me. This smells amazing and it keeps my skin soft. I love wearing this before bed!

Bio-Oil is said to be a wonder oil, fixing everything from aging skin to stretch marks. I’ve been dabbing this around my eyes and on dry patches on my face lately and it seems to be nice and lightweight, without being too heavy.

MAC Cleanse-Off Oil– I’ve used this a few times already, but not enough to form a solid opinion. It smells incredible and it removes makeup well; it also makes my skin feel soft and conditioned. I don’t like that it seems like I have to use a lot though, so I’ll have to keep experimenting with it.

Do you have any oil favorites or recommendations? Any suggestions for the Divine Oil?? 🙂

I actually love the Caudalie scent, I use it in place of a moisturizer when I need a little extra lovin’ for my skin. Maybe try using it for dry/cracked feet in the winter if you dislike the smell!
