I feel like I had SO many favorites this month! 🙂 October is just a month that I love. The leaves are vibrant and the weather is cooler. It was a pretty fun month too- I ran another half marathon, and my mom ran her first 5K, and I ran with her (she’s faster than me though). My favorites definitely are in the same hues when it comes to color cosmetics- warm and rosy!
Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette– I liked this palette before, but I think this is the month where I really fell in love with it.
Bobbi Brown Sandstone Shimmer Brick– I.LOVE.THIS. Ughhh it is so beautiful; I can hardly stand it! Review here.
Make Up For Ever Mist & Fix– This is a travel sized setting spray that I purchased because I wanted to see how this compares to Urban Decay De-Slick. This definitely keeps my makeup in place all day. I really like this setting spray and will probably purchase it again when I run out of De-Slick.
Urban Decay Beauty Balm– I forgot how much I liked this BB cream! I’ve worn this almost daily this month, paired with some powder, and love how it smooths my pores and how soft it feels.
NARS Hot Sand Illuminator– I just talked about how I use this with the Urban Decay BB cream here.
Josie Maran Argan Milk Serum– My skin is already starting to feel dry from cooler temps. This serum is really hydtrating. I usually apply it in the morning and at night.
Smashbox 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer– This is a sample size, and I’m almost done with it. *CRIES*…This might be my new favorite eye primer. I love how soft it is on the lids, and it keeps shadow on all day.
ELF Complexion Brush– I’ve been using this brush for all sorts of things, but mostly highlighting and bronzing.
Sonia Kashuk lipstick in Roseberry– I actually forgot I had this lipstick until I grabbed a makeup pouch from one of my purses, and inside was a lippie treasure trove! This color is beautiful and is comfortable to wear.
Bite Beauty lipstick in Musk– I love this color and the formula is to die for, especially if you have dry lips like I do. It is moisturizing and just a nice neutral.
MAC lip liner in Stone– I’ve been pairing this with Musk and other lipsticks. This pencil is a strange color, but when combined with lipsticks it has endless combinations!
Too Faced Honey Bear– Reviewed here.
Finally, drumroll please….the Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette! I *just* got this a couple weeks ago, but definitely plan on reviewing it. It is beautiful, but more on that later. 🙂
