All Drugstore Holiday Makeup Look

holiday3

One thing I love about the holiday season are the fun, sparkly makeup looks that come with it! Here’s a holiday idea with all drugstore products.

holiday4I don’t think the “shine” aspect came out very well due to the bright natural light. It is a little more intense in real life.

EYES

ELF Smudge Pot in Crusin’ Chic (base)
Coastal Scents hot pot in Mauve Frost
Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips in Nude
Jane Waterproof Eyeliner in Brown
Maybelline Colossal Chaotic Mascara
NYX Tame & Frame in Brunette

For the eyes, I used Mauve Frost all over the lid. I used the Physicians Formula palette for the crease and inner corner. I also used the NYX Contour and Highlight palette to blend out the colors in the crease, and used one of the highlights all over the brow bone.

holiday6FACE

L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation
Maybelline Dream Matte Powder (light dusting)
NYX Contour and Highlight palette (for highlight and bronzer)
Revlon Peach Glow Highlighting Palette (blush)

holidayLIPS

Wet ‘n’ Wild Megalast lipstick in Mauve Outta Here

I actually really like how this turned out. Mauve Outta Here is such a beautiful color! The Physicans Formula Shimmer Strips palette is one that I have been enjoying since the beginning of the year. If you want some serious sparkle and shimmer, definitely check out that palette! 🙂 I also LOVE the Maybelline Colossal Chaotic mascara, which is a surprise, because the commercials make it look like a horrible mascara. It gives a lot of volume and nice length, too!
