Oh, Petit Vour: it is a love affair! This is my third month receiving the Petit Vour subscription box ($15 per month) and I am so, so pleased with it! This is definitely hovering near the top of my list of beauty subs that I have tried, and with good reason. First, the box promises “the cleanest, most ethically-made luxury beauty at your fingertips.” In the shop on the website, you can definitely find a variety of products at just about every price point. There is typically one full-sized item and deluxe or smaller samples in each box. A value of $35 or more is promised monthly.
I have really enjoyed this sub because I find myself excited about it, wanting to use everything in it, and the products are so gentle! The products are also from brands I would not have discovered otherwise.
Here’s what October delivered:
Apoterra Skincare Tulsi Rejuvenating Oil: This is a “calming body oil.” I can see why it touts that claim, as it smells beautifully herbal (like lavender)! I really like this oil so far, but then again I am a HUGE fan of using oil to condition my skin.
Red Apple Lipstick in Rebel!: I have heard about this brand on YouTube and have been wanting to try it for quite some time. This is a full-size item, and a beautiful summery red with a touch of pink. This lipstick is SO creamy and comfortable to wear; even more so than Bite Beauty (in my humble opinion after some testing). I’m really pleased with it!
Kahina™ Giving Beauty Kahina Beldi Soap: I haven’t tried this product yet, but it is a skin softening soap treatment.
Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil: This is the other item in the box that I haven’t tried just yet. It claims “With regular use, it deeply conditions skin, improving firmness and elasticity and promoting a clear, even skin tone.” I will likely give this a try at night for a few days and see how my ski looks in the morning.
Overall, I’m very pleased with this month’s box and the two I received previously. I find myself using up the samples more often than I do with Play! by Sephora, but more on that later.
Have you tried Petit Vour?
