Daily Favorite: MAC Pro Longwear Waterproof Colour Stick in Tea Leaves

mac5*purchased by me

Today I have a much loved product to share with you, something that I have been using almost daily for several months: the MAC Pro Longwear Waterproof Colour Stick in the shade Tea Leaves ($22).

Tea Leaves is described as a “midtone dirty mauve.” Personally, I don’t find this to be mauve at all, but more taupe with holographic sparkles if you look very closely.

mac3I am absolutely crazy about this product! First, it does not BUDGE on the lids. It wears like iron and doesn’t crease. I use it as an eyeshadow primer, but on occasion I will use it as a standalone shadow. My shadow stays all day when I use this as a base. I also like that I can just put it on my lids without having to stick my finger in a pot or dirty up a brush.

This is the only color I have tried from this line, so I can’t vouch for other shades, but Tea Leaves is gorgeous. This pencil doesn’t pull on my lids or irritate my lids, either. If you have tried this pencil in other shades, please leave me some color recommendations!
